Ace advises clients on a wide variety of equity capital markets transactions, ranging from IPOs and public issues of shares to ABBs and exchange bids, assisting both banks and issuers. Also, we regularly advise clients on the specific corporate and financial law issues related to a listing. Of course, we are always on the lookout for (and happy to assist) those bright young potentials who one day aim to join the ranks of the listed as well.

Ace assists real estate investors, Real Estate Investment Funds (BE-REITs), developers and asset managers on the entire real estate investment life cycle. We have a focus on real estate M&A and the structuring of real estate funds.

Ace was founded by a group of experienced lawyers with extensive big-law experience, but with a down-to-earth mentality. Ace’s focus is firmly on corporate and financial law.
