We are looking for new junior and mid-level team players to strengthen our practice. Ace is a Belgian corporate and financial law boutique firm with a strong focus on private equity, venture capital, (cross-border) M&A and fund structuring.

We provide our customers with high quality work alongside a transparent fee structure.

Profile

The profile we are looking for:

• Belgian university law degree (ideally with a focus on corporate law)

• Strong academic track record

• Preferably 1 - 5 years of relevant working experience in M&A or fund structuring

• Excellent command of English and Dutch and/or French

• Team player

• Business-minded and accurate
