Cody is an experienced corporate and M&A lawyer. He advises investment funds and corporations on a variety of corporate topics and (cross-border) M&A, with a special focus on private equity transactions.
Cody is a graduate of the University of Ghent (Master of Laws, 2019). Prior to joining Ace Law in 2024, he worked at a top-tier Belgian law firm and was previously seconded to the M&A department of a publicly listed corporation and the private equity fund of a leading European bank.
