Didier Roemers
Didier is an experienced corporate finance lawyer. He advises investments funds and corporations on a variety of (cross-border) M&A transactions, with a special focus on private equity transactions.
Didier is a graduate of the University of Leuven (Law degree, 2008 and Postgraduate Corporate Finance, 2012), of the University of Edinburgh (LL.M., 2009) and of the University of Brussels (Master Corporate Law, 2010). Prior to founding Ace Law in 2020, he worked at an international law firm and a top-tier Belgian law firm.
