Mattijs Troch
Matthijs Troch is an experienced Corporate and M&A lawyer. He advises (national and international) corporations and investment funds on a variety of corporate topics, (cross-border) M&A and restructurings, with a special focus on private equity transactions.
Matthijs is a graduate of the University of Antwerp (Master of Laws, 2020) and has (co-)written several publications in the field of corporate law. Prior to joining Ace Law in 2024, he worked at a top-tier Belgian law firm.
