Ace advised ESC on its entry of the Dutch market

Ace advised software and technology company ESC on its entry into the Dutch market with the acquisition of Qexpertise from Veenendaal. Qexpertise has 40 experts in ERP, CRM and business software. Both companies are key Microsoft and Exact partners in their region. After the addition of SDE at the end of 2021 and Net-IT at the end of last year, the group now counts more than 265 technology specialists in enterprise software, modern workstations and e-business.
