Ace Law assisted the owners of Elan Group, including Belgian private equity fund Tilleghem and the owner-managers Robrecht Beliën and Geert De Blende, on the investment by Andera Partners and the subsequent re-investment. 

Elan Group is one of Belgium’s leading providers of specialised translation services and customised language training with subsidiaries in the Netherlands and Poland.
