Olivier Cockx
Olivier is an experienced corporate finance lawyer. He advises investments funds and corporations on a variety of corporate topics and (cross-border) M&A, with a special focus on private equity transactions.
Olivier is a graduate of the University of Ghent (Law degree, 2013), of Vlerick Business School (Master in General Management, 2014) and of the University of Leuven (Postgraduate Corporate Finance, 2018). Prior to joining Ace Law in 2021, he worked at a Big Four law firm and a top-tier Belgian law firm.
