Rabauke Kenis
Rabauke is a corporate finance lawyer. He advises investments funds and corporations on a variety of corporate topics and (cross-border) M&A, with a special focus on private equity transactions.
Rabauke is a graduate of the Free University of Brussels (Law degree, 2019) and of the University of Ghent (Master in Complementary Studies in Economics, 2021). Prior to joining Ace Law in 2023, he worked at a top-tier Belgian law firm.
