Wouter Verhelst
Wouter is an experienced corporate finance lawyer, with particular focus on M&A and private equity in both national and international transactions.
Wouter is a graduate of the University of Leuven (Law degree, 2011 and Postgraduate Corporate Finance, 2015) and of the Antwerp Management School (Master of Global Management, 2012). Prior to founding Ace Law in 2020, he worked at an international law firm.
